Stock Photos: Endless Options!
Stock photos are a great way to add style, drive traffic, and embellish the look of your brand. Images are the driving medium on social media. But you might not be a photographer or have the time to create high quality images. What do you do? Purchasing a bundled set of photography is a great way to save time and boost the look of your brand. Here’s how:
1. Website design
Utilizing stock photos in your website can enhance the visual message of your brand. Are you an all-natural skin care line? Use stock photos that capture fresh, organic details such as lemons, herbs, and organic ingredients in your header, background, or individual blog posts. Do you have a service-based business? Office shots with fresh florals can communicate a tidy professional look!
2. Pinterest Images
Pinterest is a very powerful platform for driving traffic and growing sales in your small business, but image quality is crucial. Stand out among the sea of pins with beautiful images and text communicating your brand identity. Here’s an example of a pin I created with my personal stock photos:
3. Instagram Feed
Instagram is all about the drool-worthy photos! Get more double-taps by using cropped versions of the same stock photo. Consider using white space in an image to advertise about your latest news or promotions! Use an image by cropping it to a square frame.
4. Promotions and Advertising
A good stock photography bundle will include an image with plenty of white space. Use white space to add your text and logo to tell your audience about promotions like sales, your latest blog post, or a CTA (call-to-action).
5. Print
Sometimes you need good ole-fashion print items like business cards, flyers, and brochures. Use stock photography to create a unifying theme to beautifully communicate your message!
My favorite Sources for Stock Photography
